What the Site Is

This is a private reference site. It does not store official Dallas County jail records, Missouri court records, DOC records, federal custody records, or ICE records, and it cannot confirm custody, release a person, file a court document, or change a government record.

The site points visitors toward Dallas County inmate resources, Missouri Sunshine Law concepts such as RSMo 610.023, arrest-record rules such as RSMo 610.100, and third-party research tools that may have their own terms.

Use Rules

• Do not use the site for any unlawful purpose.
• Do not use information found through the site to stalk, harass, threaten, or intimidate anyone.
• Do not make employment, housing, lending, insurance, or other screening decisions from site content.

• Licensing, permits, benefits, or government-program eligibility.

The site links to jail rosters, sheriff pages, Missouri DOC resources, Missouri Case.net, VINELink, federal locators, legal resources, vendors, and outside search services. Those sites are independent. Their content, availability, privacy practices, fees, and terms are their responsibility, not ours.
